Имоти Русе Матик is a real estate platform for the Ruse region in Bulgaria, created from zero online presence for an established local agency. The goal was to design and launch a modern, mobile-first website that enables users to search, evaluate, and list properties independently, while positioning the agency as a trusted local expert through educational content and transparent communication.

Challenge

Traditional real estate platforms in Bulgaria suffer from outdated design, cluttered interfaces, and lack of credibility signals. Users struggle to find relevant properties, compare listings efficiently, and trust the service provider. Our goal was to create a trustworthy brand identity and user-friendly platform that simplifies property discovery, builds credibility through professional design, and converts visitors into inquiries.

Challenge

Traditional real estate platforms in Bulgaria suffer from outdated design, cluttered interfaces, and lack of credibility signals. Users struggle to find relevant properties, compare listings efficiently, and trust the service provider. Our goal was to create a trustworthy brand identity and user-friendly platform that simplifies property discovery, builds credibility through professional design, and converts visitors into inquiries.

Approach

This was a complete brand and web design project—from naming and logo creation to full website design and content strategy. We built everything from scratch: brand name, logo, visual identity system, website information architecture, responsive web design, content structure, and SEO-optimized copy.

Solution:
Structure, UX & Content

A new information architecture was defined from scratch with clear main sections. User flows were mapped so that a visitor can go from landing to filtered results to a specific property and contact form in a few steps. Property pages use progressive disclosure: essential details and price first, with structured tabs for characteristics, features, location, and legal information to avoid information overload while keeping transparency.


Search is powered by an advanced filter set including type, location, price, size, rooms, floor, construction type, and features, and is adapted to mobile via a collapsible filter panel with active filter summary.


Because there was no existing content, a complete content strategy was created. This includes six long-form, SEO-optimized articles for buyers covering new vs old construction, why use a broker, and euro adoption and prices, articles for sellers on tax obligations, and legal and documentation guidance. The "About Us" section was written to highlight local expertise, mission, vision, and three core values—honesty, client focus, and professionalism—plus team presentation. All content is structured with clear headings, summaries, and meta information to support both readability and search visibility.
